Brújula Cultural de NM is a platform dedicated to strengthening access to cultural, educational, and behavioral health resources for the Spanish-speaking community in New Mexico. Our mission is to bridge linguistic and cultural gaps in recovery, education, and workforce development by connecting individuals and communities with information, opportunities, and support.

Through initiatives like Puentes de Recuperación, we promote the growth of a diverse behavioral health workforce, community empowerment, and equitable access to essential services.

We envision a New Mexico where culture, language, and identity are not barriers but bridges to growth, recovery, and well-being.

Brújula Cultural de NM seeks to:
- Create and promote spaces where the Spanish-speaking community can access information, training, and support in their language.
- Strengthen the behavioral health workforce through accessible training and resources.
